Copenhagen Photo Festival was founded in 2010 as an organization to promote photorelated activities in Copenhagen. The festival presents the exhibitions in Photo City, where a number of diverse exhibitions take place. Alongside Photo City it’s possible to experience independent photo exhibitions all over Copenhagen during the festival arranged by the festival’s network of museums and galleries. Besides the established exhibition venues, there is a lot of independent exhibitors who organize their own exhibition during the festival. Every year the festival presents new projects, exhibitions and events.
