In Odense, Eva Koch is creating curiosity with the exhibition “June’s Lace” with buildings dressed in lace curtains.
At Museet for Fotokunst BRANDTS in Odense you’re now able to experience the Danish artist Eva Koch’s exhibition “June’s Lace” with projections of light and mystifying lace curtains. In the historical premises of the old fabric factory, the constant movement of the video piece and the continuous sounds of weaving machines create a beautiful reference to the history of the museum, as if the exhibition was a ghost wandering the old factory halls. Koch is not held back by the walls of the museum, as she through a window in the old factory projects yet another seductive lace curtain on the raw wall of the next-door building.
